Olivia is soooo whiney lately and crying over EVERYTHING. MY DH says it started after her vaccinations last week, i don't know if it is a fluke or not. What do you gals think, from the vaccs or a phase????

I'm very late on Emma's vaccinations... lol... and she's doing the same exact mess. And she's very, very clingy lately. So I'd say it's the age.

Ryan was like that for a few days too. I think it may either be him teething again or because my dad and brother left. He notices when they leave.

The one who makes you cry isn't worth your tears. The one who is worth your tears would never make you cry.

Could it be molars? Rayna got REALLY clingy and whiny when the 1 and 2 year molars came in. It could also be your new addition... A couple months after Lily was born, Rayna started acting up... Just as I thought I was safe from her being negatively affected by the new baby. She didn't take it out on Lily in any way whatsoever but boy did she ever take it out on us!! She's tear the house apart every time I tried to sit down to breastfeed, do all the things she KNOWS she's not supposed to do (like putting on her shoes in the house, etc) I think she was just trying to remind us that she is still here and needing some more attention. She has just recently come out of that and it has been soooo much easier!

Keep an eye on the timing of her fits, if it seems to happen when you sit down to feed Casey, etc then maybe that's it... And if you can, try to include her in whatever you're doing. I also read a good piece of advice, when you talk to the baby while feeding/changing her, talk about Olivia. The baby has no idea what you're saying anyway and Olivia will feel like you are still acknowledging her. Have Olivia grab you a diaper or some butt cream, or let her hold a bottle now and then. It really seemed to help with Rayna!
