We saw a new ped. he is more local at 40 miles away, i hate where we live in case i haven't mentioned that. Anyway I like him, he was very nice to Nicholas, Nicholas had to get one shot, which he cried hysterically until we put him down then he ran out of the room giggling lol, he is 3 foot tall (~85th percentile) and 32 lbs, (~88th percentile). The dr. said he is great, he has a little bit of clear old fluid in his ears he said if he gets a cold in the next few weeks to bring him in just to check the ears but other than that he is great, he set and talked to him for a little while and Nicholas did everything he asked.
OH but i didn't mention the BEST ~rolling my eyes~ part! Everyday after daycare Nicholas needs calming down time, of course he didn't get that today since we went straight to the dr. once we got there he decided to throw a full tantrum, i mean ear piercing screaming, he wanted to go into the back but couldn't b/c it wasn't our turn, i was ready to crawl under a chair he was being horrible, once i got him calmed down an hour later (while we were still waiting to be seen) one of the other moms complimented and she noticed how tired he and was like he is so tired and she was like i was sitting here telling my daughter how well you were handling him, you were firm but still kind and didn't loose your temper at all (she is a 3 year old teacher at a daycare) and she just made me feel completely better she is like we all know how that goes and i was so amazed at how calm you stayed with him, so that made me feel better and the rest of the time he did fine once he had some quiet time lol
