Wish us luck...Ainsley starts potty training at daycare on Monday! They go straight to underwear. She will wear a pull up at nap time and bed time, but after two weeks they ditch the pull up at nap time. She will be the only one they are potty training right now, normally they do two at one time. If I was staying home I think I'd do it the same way. Hopefully it goes well. We are buying panties for her Sunday (tomorrow if I can but I doubt it) and will start her Sunday afternoon.
I'm soooo ready for it. She has been very ready for a month or so, but I just had to wait for her turn to come at daycare. I'll update you all on how it goes!
UPDATE****So far she's doing really well, at least in my opinion! The first day she just had two accidents, both wetting herself. She didn't poop all day...I knew she was holding it in b/c at bedtime she kept saying owie and pointing to her tummy. So I wasn't surprised Tuesday when she had three accidents...two poopy. Then yesterday she just had one accident which was wet. But she didn't poop again and when I peaked on her last night after she'd gone to bed I smelled it...little booger waited until she had a pull up on and got in bed. I hear getting over the pooping in the potty hump can take awhile, but hopefully she does it soon! The only other issue we are having is she refuses to potty in the morning...I mean screams about it! But she has not had an accident between getting up and getting to school so I'm not too worried. I'm really happy and surprised at how well she's done the first few days.

Good luck!! Nicholas wears pull ups at school and does really good for them at school but not as good for me at home lol, it's the whole everyone else is doing it so i can thing but at home no one else his age is doing it, he has underwear and likes them but he sees the pull ups and underwear too so he likes those too lol
Good Luck!!! I am starting with Dylan this week as well! My short term class ended, and I only have 2 classes, so LOTS of free time! So since he sits on teh potty all the time, I figure its time to finish it up before he loses interest!!! Plus, I want him FULLY trained before the new baby comes! lol
Baylee though, did bad for naps and bedtime at that age. We did a pull up at first, then tried the panties, and she peed through allllll the time. So we gave up. She has mastered nap time on her own now. Once she woke up with dry pull ups a couple times I took them away at nap. But at night she pees a lot still, so no way! lol

She picked out her Elmo panties this morning and I prayed all the way to school she didn't wet the carseat and we made it! Can't wait to hear how she did this afternoon. I wasn't able to start with her yesterday as we were gone from the house most of the day. We have gymnastics tonight and I'm just praying we make it through without an accident.
I have to work from 10am Saturday until about 11am on Sunday and will not be able to go home at all. Poor DH! His parents are coming to help him, but I know he's going to be bald by the time I get home from having to take AInsley potty!
