the whole thing about teens especially boys eating you out of house and home but holy guacamole, Austin is really turning into a pig. Actually all 3 of my older kids are trying to be pigs lately but I am trying my best to avoid it. He just ate 5 freaking pigs n a blanket! That is freaking insanity. I didnt realize he had gotten that many otherwise I would have put a stop to it. I see no reason for a kid to eat that much! I try very hard to keep my kids from over eating because I do that and I know how miserable I am because I am fat.

well just brace yourself Ang and stock the fridge lmao. He was never a big eater either but if its something he likes he can pack it away. Luckily for him it seems he is taking after his father(and me when I was younger) and can eat as much as he wants and not worry about gaining weight. He does weigh more than either one of us did at this age though but he is just built a little more stocky then we were. He is about 93-95 lbs I think and I didnt hit 100 until the summer before 9th grade and Eric I think said he hit it during his 8th grade year lol.

First off, you are so not fat sister! I think you're just gorgeous and haven't a thing to worry about. And I totally agree about the eating. Quinn's not even 11 yet and he eats constantly. I get a kick out of it b/c he ate next to nothing until he was about 9 and then bam! He discovered food. It's hard to know where to draw the line b/c you want them to eat but you don't want them to overdo it and develop a weight problem. Sigh.

yep it is hard to know where to draw the line. I do try to not let them sit and eat junk all day long though. If they are saying they are hungry and havent had a snack yet I will let them have fruits or maybe popcorn, or chips and salsa. If they had it their way it would be ice cream, cereal and chocolate chips........possibly all together lmao.

I can relate so much, Jeremy & Damien don't stop eating, it just seems like as soon as they finish they get something else, Now I have to ask, what is a "PIG IN A BLANKET"?? It's driving me crazy not knowing, lmao!

A pig in a blanket is a hotdog in a crescent roll or biscuit!

Aaron is the same way April...well most days...the other night at my mom's he had roast, carrots, mashed potatoes, green beans and a roll, then went next door and ate three pieces of pizza!
It's not every day but sometimes I think it depends on what he was doing that day...sometimes he plays really hard! lol

First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer
