But I have had a sensation on the top of my foot like its hot??Its weird it comes and goes.Does anyone know what Im talking about or what it is?

Sounds like a mild neuropathy (nerve pain). It sounds weird, but is your low back hurting or do you have pain at your butt cheek? It could be sciatic pain that radiates down to your foot.

No but my upper back hurts alot,like towards the left side by my shoulder blade,and right now my neck down into my upper part of my back hurt.
