I'm on BC pill (started taking it back in july)...I was starting my period a week before I should and it would end with the last pill in the pack, then moved to 2-3days early, and in September it started on the 1st reminder pill. I had called my doctor about it starting early and he said that it was like that because I started them the day I started my period (it fell on a Sunday) and not the Sunday after, that my body would slowly make the adjustment to starting within the reminder pills and not to worry I was still protected from getting preg.
My last period was September 19-26 and I am now on pill #13 in the pack (reminder pills are 22-28) and I started bleeding today.
I called and tried to get a nurse in the OBGYN clinic here and they are closed today so I got transfered to the ER nurse and she said that it's not normal but all I could do is come in if I'm worried. Called the doc office I saw the other day that was such a jerk and they said it is probably break-through bleeding and is normal but if I am still worried Monday I can call the office for an appt but I probably wont get in next week. I started Trazaodone wed. night but nurse said that shouldn't cause it....even though warning says to call doc if you have blood in urine (and it's not really that either).

Any idea's what this could be? Should I be worried or am I just freaked out because I have never had it happen to me before (I've never been on BC more than a few months at a time)?

does not sound normal...but i don't remember BP pills cuz that was forever ago. i have the mirenu iud and hardly ever have any periods. if you're still concerned and your doc doesn't give you any answers i would find a new one.

I'm working on picking a new doc....they gave me 14pages to go through though, ugh.
Called one of my friends and she said it's happened to her a few times when she was really stressed and when she was miscarrying.
Being stressed could be a possibility with dh not being here for another week, me having to try and get the house finished and ready for in-laws, dealing with what happened at doc wed, I popped a crown off my front tooth wed and now have to drive to Atlanta earlier in the day than expected on Tuesday to make a dentist appointment to have it fixed (had to go up for an appt up there wed morning and drive back after I'm done) and I have to stay with my mom this time since dh isn't here to keep Ayden for me (usually stay with a friend since mom upsets me), mine and dh's bank accounts are empty and there is no food in the house other than a few frozen pizza's and little bit of pasta, found out my once best friend of 11yrs grandmother died a month ago and she didn't tell me, once dh gets back next weekend he will be here 2weeks of block leave (1week spent in his ex-in laws house to spend time with his boys with ex-wife) and 1 more week with him working before he deploys for a year.......the list goes on and on and on. So stress is very possible.
As far as the possibility of being preg...I wouldn't think so...but I hope not. We don't want any more and it would be a bad idea for me to be preg mentally and physically.

I wish dh was here...I'm guessing I'm freaking out for no reason but my body has always been so regular. Literally before I was on BC it started the same day and time every month...(not joking literally the same time of day on the exact day)

Id have to guess these pills and yoru body arenta good match. Id ask for a different one. Or if hes gonna only be here 3 weeks deal with it for 1 more pack and then stop taking them and the month before he comes back start on maybe the nuva ring or get a IUD.

Went to the doc today b/c I'm sick and he asked when my last period was and I explained what was going on and he asked if he needed to run a pregnancy test on me...IDK if it was b/c he was giving me antibiotics or b/c the thing w/ my period? I asked if was normal for that to happen and he said defiantly not but it does happen from time to time, but he kept pushing and asking if I could possibly be preg. ....I don't think I could be but I guess there was opportunity for it and I just don't know b/c got my period last month and we haven't done anything since then.

My body definitely does not like the pill. I am going to deal until he deploys and go off it for a few months and let my body even back out and go on the ring or something (was on ring before) at least 2 months before his R&R and then get an IUD before he comes back from deployment.

Everybody keeps saying stuff about could be preg, am I, do we need to see if you are, etc.... they all have me freaked out!
