for the past few days I've been waking up with a cold tingly right arm. It goes from my elbow all the way to my fingertips. I can shake it and everything else and it will not go away. I can function with it but it feels weird. My left arm is warm and feels fine but my right one is really cold and feels tingly. My shoulder hurt for weeks on that side but hasn't bothered me past couple of days. any ideas on what it could be? it almost has me worried. feels weird having a cold arm, lol

maybe a pinched nerve? if it continues you should have it checked out.

Could be a nerve..... or do you think you are sleeping on something wrong.
    First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. My aunt said you something about a nerve. I have a spot in my middle back that hurts and after it hurts for so long it tingles. I have been sleeping flat on my back to avoid laying on my arms too but it still happens.

Sounds like a pinched nerve and it could be coming from your shoulder, even though it hasn't been bothering you for a couple of days. I would recommend you see your primary care doc or a chiropractor. It's usually nothing major, but who wants to deal with a dead arm/hand?!

it hasn't been as bad. I have some times during the day where my fingers tingle but that's it.
