It's HOT outside. Ainsley takes after her momma and sweats the second she's outside. I feel so bad that when we are in the car more than 5 minutes, her whole backside of her head it soaking wet with sweat.

I've researched some online and the only thing I found looked like a pain to use and was $50. Does anyone have any idea's or know of any products that aren't outrageous to help her keep cool in the car? We are already turning the AC up full blast and on the lowest setting, but it won't cut it! HELP!

sunshade on the window to block out the sun?Maybe get 1 of those battery operated fans & clip it onto the seat in front of her or somewhere itll blow on her but she cant reach it.I cant really think of anything else but if i do ill post

no idea but i understand your problem, when we are down there i crank up the car ahead of time, have sun shades up all of that and it does noooo good in my car so i really don't know

We've had that since the day we brought her home from the hospital...does't really keep the heat out of the car, just the sun out of her eyes. Might try the fan though if I can find a small one!

thanks for posting this I trying to find solution too the metal clips on emily's seat get so hot and if it barely touches her skin she goes nuts so not sure what to do on that either.+

Someone makes a blanket that you put ice packs in but dont knwo who. You put it in the seat when your not using it and remove when you get in. Lisa just cover the seat with a thick white or light colored towel when your not in teh car .

I do that when it gets really hot here.
And when we went to arizona a friend of my mom said she uses those car shades on all her windows when they are not in the car obviously,The kind that are springy and have a metalic side and flip to a patterned side...KWIM?
