does anyone or has anyone ever used one of those baby leishes? we just bought my son who is 22 months one and its a monkey that buckles in front and the tail is what we hold. i used it in walmart today and it worked great!! he no longer wants to sit in carts, or in his stroller.. i figured it would be good for the carnival and for the fair!! anyone else?? or what do u think about them..?? i was a little skeptical at first because i thought people would think i was holding him down like a dog!

I know the one you're talking about and we will buy that one for Nicholas when he gets of age, I think they are super cute and a nice twist on the traditional kids leash and it still gives them some freedom.

On all of our travelling, new york, zoos we saw those used A LOT!

we have the puppy one. I think they are super cute and my girls havent minded when I've used them on them one bit. I could care less if anyone thinks I'm treating my kids like a dog.. at least I'm keeping them safe and with me.

We have the puppy one from WalMart. I used it a lot when Avery was that age. I did have a few smart remarks from people, how they couldn't believe I'd do that to my kid. I just told well at least I know where my child is. But for the most part, people think it's a great idea.

We have a monkey one and the dog one and Ella loves it, she will come and ask for me to put it on her here in the house. Its an actual back pack so I just take the "tail" off and she wears it like that. I dont think they are horrible in the least, I have seen kids running off and having the risk of getting hurt or lost and at least I know where my kid is and know she isnt getting lost or hurt.

We may not have it all together, but together we have it all!

She grew on him like she was a colony of E. coli and he was

I used the monkey one with Jacob and I loved it. I couldn't have cared less what people thought, at least he was safe and accounted for.

First off let me say for the most part the people who look at you funny are the people who don't have kids so what they think about your parenting does not count.

Secondly I think they are a great idea. I wish I had one when Ryan was little it would of saved me a lot of time not having to chase him around the store. lol

We have the monkey one for Ryan and the puppy one for Sean. I use them anywhere that I can't use a stroller. I have never had a single negative remark about using them myself. All I hear is how cute and what a great idea they are.

me too A. I've never had anyone say anything bad about them... and I see them everywhere. I think if someone did have a problem with it, they would be in a minority. Most parents realize how important it is to keep your kids with you, especially in the world we live in now.

I was skeptical of them but when Keira is of age I think I would rather have her on one of those than chasing her around a store or risking her getting lost of taken!!!

I don't have a problem with them at all. I have one for Isaac but he HATES it. He is now very good about staying with me but when we are in crowded areas he just rides in the stroller.
