Do I have to read these in order. I went to the book store just now to get a new series & I chose this one. They didn't have Outlander but they had Drums of Autumn & Dragonfly in Amber so I picked up those two.

Oh yes you definitely should read them in order! I was so fanatical about making sure i read them in order that it took me 2 years to get the first 5 of them, you know since I refuse to pay full price for a book and had to wait for them to come into the store. LOL Then I went to re-read outlander and lent a few of them to a "friend" and she went and moved without giving them back. WAH!!!! So I still haven't read any but outlander but will say definitely read them in order.

I started the first one and am having a bit of a tough time getting in to it. I'm going to keep reading though.

Danni - give it a couple chapters. It starts out slow. Have they gone to the druid rock formation yet? After that, it takes off.

OK...so I am not really feeling this book. I am not really liking her style of writing. You may really enjoy it but I need more action. I am really far into this book now & I skip over tons & tons just to get to some action parts. Just my opinion.

Aw, I'm sorry you aren't really into it! I thought it was really good but everyone has different book tastes so you never know what others will think.

I know, me too, BUT, I did already buy the 2 books that follow Outlander so I am going to give them a shot! I really like the story line a whole lot, I just think it was realllllllllly drawn out. BUT, again, just my opinon...I think you should definitely give it a chance if you are considering it!

I haven't had time to read these past few days, hopefully I'll have some down time tomorrow and can read some more and maybe get in to the book.
