The Female Brain by Louann Brizendine, M.D.

I had to read this book for 2 of my psych courses this semester and it is an amazing book. It isn't a textbook (I bought it at Border's), and 1/3 of it is her works cited/research info. It breaks down all the reason behind the method to a woman's madness as one woman in my class said. So many people in my class' read it and when they got to the Teenage Female Brain chapter they said "OH that's why my daughter acts that way." LOL.

There are chapters on everything women go through from conception to death. One of my favorite chapters was the Emotional Brain chapter and the section in there called The Female Brain's Tough Time with Anger. It is an apsolute incredible book that I highly recomend reading, she makes so many amazing points and really helpes a lot of women (and the men in their life) understand so many things that have/are/will happened to them.

Not my type of read to relax to....I have too many textbooks that are required reads. But I am glad it was fun for you to read!
