Has anyone heard about her?She fell when she was skiing and has a brain injury,and it doesnt look good.There are reports saing she is brain dead...its so sad,she is really talented.
The thing I dont get is..how can it be?!Right after she fell she was joking and laughing,then later she had a headache so she was taken to the hospital.

it does happen to people, sometimes it takes time for the brain to swell. see the reports need to stop saying she's "brain dead" until they get the report from the hospital. they admit she fell and hit her head and refused medical because she was checked out and appeared to be okay. an hour later she was not okay. i'm sure she does have swelling of the brain and they need to relieve the pressure quickly. I hope she comes out of his okay and does not have any permament problems.

This is a sad story! I hope she pulls through but it does not sound good. I was kind of surprised they flew her overseas to New York, but I guess when it's looking that bad, you do whatever you can.

I keep reading updates on her. I love her husband Liam Neeson. Some reports are saying brain dead, but others say no its just a serious head injury. I really hope she makes it. She has 2 young teenage sons, I would sure hate it if they lost their mother at such a young age.

Regardless of what's wrong, its very sad.

The news needs to quit guessing b/c obviously they don't know what's going on with all the different reports. The family will speak when they are ready!

I just read online that she's passed away. My thoughts and prayers are with her family, especially her husband and sons.

That is very sad...my question is why didn't they wait? Usually you're supposed to wait like 72 hours before pulling the tube,,,but it wasn't even 48 hours yet. I wonder what her scans and tests showed.

Such a sad thing to have happened.
At first I thought it was a terrible accident. It surprised me to hear it didn't seem that bad at all and that she was joking around right after.

I suppose when they did scans there was just total brain death....

Heather I was wondering that also.It seems they they would of waited at least a few days.

i think things would be much different if she were wearing a helmet. you would think it be required, especially if she was on a beginner slope learning how to ski. very tragic.

This is a sad sad story. Natasha was a great actress and I have seen her in Parent Trap 2. She did pass away last night. I feel so sorry for her family, husband Liam and her two sons.

This is just hitting me hard for some reason... I guess because it was so unexpected and she's 2 years younger than my mom! Now anytime the girls fall and get a bump on the head, I'm going to be paranoid.
