I had seen the photos associated with the story from awhile ago,but not this one. I hate to think that he'd be straying. I love that show! Hopefully it's just tabloid trash.

Personally I don't think it's any of the media's business....they tend to put whatever twist they want on a picture....I think people just need to leave them alone....if his wife doesn't have a problem with it then it's really nobody elses business.

First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer

Totally agree chelle!

Though I wouldn't be happy if I were Kate.. maybe she did know what was going on. Maybe it's nothing. But either way, it's nobody's business but theirs. Is it not enough they give the public a glimpse into their lives with their kids? When those cameras are off... that should be THEIR time and THEIR time alone. And what goes on during that time... is THEIR business.

Totally agree its their business BUT...the problem I am having is that dumbarse Jon KNOWS the media follows them... Now they are publishing that on the cover of US magazine..hopefully Maddie and Kara wont get teased about it at school. He needs to realize that he's not just the average Joe anymore. My hear teaches for the kids.

I agree I hope they can work out the situation themselves but i think jon should realize taht even though the media shouldn't be all in his business they are and he took that on when they signed up for the show, they are famous now and he should take that into account.

The problem I have with this is that as someone said, he knows the camera is following him. Why even put yourself in a situation where it could come accross as cheating or straying. Maybe it is nothing and maybe she is just a friend that Kate knows....BUT you are on a FAMILY SHOW!!!
I am not saying he cant go out and have fun but that is price you pay for fame now.

I guess if I was Kate I would be irritated and humiliated to see my husband all over the news looking all drunk like he is doing something wrong.

I agree, he should know that he is being followed. It may be completely innocent, everyone deserves to get away sometime. It is a little concerning that Kate was away and he was clubbing...who had the kids? I am sure they had a sitter, but I would not be happy if DH did that, even if it was innocent.

They have round the clock "help" as Kate refuses to call them nannies.. really pathetic and I am sick for those poor kids at what their father is doing in public.

Seriously...if I was famous I personally would give two poops what the media printed about me....I would just go right along my merry way and live my life the way I normally would. If people choose to make their opinions about me based on what they read about me in print as opposed to getting to know me and how I truly am....then those are just people I don't want in my life....

In pictures and in print my life would read like a soap opera....but I'm a **** good person and honestly don't care about what other's think of me.....if I were Jon...the only person I would answer to is Kate and vice versa...and if she doesn't have a problem with it...then really what should he care...

And what does it matter if his kids were with a nanny....at least he takes care of them and didn't leave them in the car while he was clubbin......every parent deserves a night out....

I agree that I'd still do whatever I wanted but if i put myself in that situation i would understand that it would end up in the public's eye and how it would look, he apoligized like he didn't expect that to happen, he's sorry he put his family in that uncomfortbale position and that the allegations have hurt them, it's tabloids it's going to happen it's a fact even though it isn't right at all, It's b/w him and Kate but him apoligizing like he had no idea that it would put his family in that situation just doesn't seem right.

I've only seen a couple episodes of that show and well, he seemed a little slimy to me. But that's just me and I'd have to watch more to make a clear judgment. But celebs like this open themselves up to being followed by the media and he should have known better. Freaking media... I'm sick of it.

I guess they have a chef that prepares organic food for the family on staff, as well as a gardener, maids, and nannies. Beth and Aunt Jody are not on the show anymore (or involved with their lives because of a falling out with Kate...remember the gum incident) and I guess Aunt Jody's sister had a blog going for awhile going on and on about the real behind the scenes lives of Jon & Kate. I hate to see it happen to them. Looks like fame got the best of them. Not to say it is all Kate's fault. I think it changes people around them too.

I am not getting down on them for having these things or for Kate being "difficult" just saying all is not what it seems. The show in its early days was much sweeter. I am still a fan, just will take it with a grain of salt from now on.

What a shame! But I agree with those of you that pointed out that if you are a TV personality, you have to realize that cameras will be on you ALL THE TIME. Just gotta think a little bit about how things will look!

Mom of 6-what's up with the gum incident? I had no idea there was a falling out...must have missed that episode, huh? LMAO

I guess Aunt Jody was watching the kids, sometimes all 8 of them in her home more and more often, for free. I dont have a problem with that if it was okay with them and sometimes that is necessary, but she was doing a huge favor to help out.

Anyway, one of the boys asked for chewing gum and she asked whether their mom let them have gum...of course he said yes. She let them have it and then they spat it out before they went home.

Well, Kate is doing laundry and finds something with gum on it. Honestly, you could barely see it. But she goes into a tirade. She calls Jody (all on camera, mind you) and lays into her...what person in their right mind would give them gum etc. Even though I can understand her being upset for having to clean up gum, she went way overboard. Especially considering Jody was doing a favor for Kate.

As the blog goes, Jody (and Beth in separate incidents) had gotten tired of trying to put up with it while they were merely helping out. The show (TLC) offered to pay them for their "work", you know having cameras in their home etc...and Kate went into another tirade about nobody was going to make money off her kids except for her.

Anyway, I probably sound like I am falling for gossip, but it has all been confirmed. Whatever the reason is from Kate's side (and yes, every side has two stories)they had a falling out.

As much as it pains me to say this but I think Kate's attitude goes beyond having standards and getting gritchy every now and then. She is mean at times.

I started watching the show, and will continue, because of how adorable the kids are and it was based on a family dealing with the day to day struggles of raising multiple sets of multiples. The show has now turned into product placements and nannies, maids, and chefs behind the scenes, let alone the "let's see how far Kate goes now" factor. Where is the line? How much time do the kids have cameras in their face to create a show? What does that do to their childhood? Yes, they get to do tons of things they would not otherwise...but at what cost? When does it turn into turning your children into actors for a paycheck?

Sorry if this offends any fans out there, that truly is not my intention. Honestly, I am a fan too. Maybe I have read too much online and am having a warped moment. I think they are valid points to consider.

Wow! Geez...I don't even know what to say about that! Yikes I guess is the only word I can find that fits!

I totally agree with you though...I still like the show, but it sure has changed since the first few episodes hasn't it?
