Congrats to them. My body was about done for after having 4 kids I cant imagine having 19 but I will say I think they are very good parents and have a very loving, respectful group of kids. I wish nothing but the best for them!
We may not have it all together, but together we have it all!
Whatever floats their boat.....but me personally think I'd hang myself from a bridge....I love my kids more than anything...but God obviously did not build me to multiply in that manner....
First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer

I have to give it to them, their 18 are probably more well behaved than my 3. At least from what I see on tv but I can't imagine them always being perfect... lol. I have to wonder if they ever have a "Good Lord what were we thinking?" days. They asked the mom how she felt and she was like "sick and tired but I'm glad because that means good things are happening". Yeah I was glad to know my babies were okay but after months of throwing up, I couldn't handle it again. LOL. Let alone doing that every year. Where do they find the time to make babies? They need to write a book just on that alone!

I watched this weeks episode of their show last night and i was amazed yet again b/c they were in washington and right before they were getting on the subway michelle was telling her children "now we are going to be nice and wait for everyone to get off then we are going to get on" and they were so worried only part of them were going to get on but she still had to stress that they were going to be polite, i think they are an awesome family, i don't know how they do it but they all seem very content, that is how they have always known to live, and now Josh in continuing and they all seem content with it, and back in the old days that's how most ppl. lived it's just not as big these days.
Actually I find them fun to watch. I am sure that they sometimes wonder if they ddi the right thing but all I can say is good for them. They have never once denied a child and like she said she thougth she was done and hello. Instead of freaking she is happy. At least they can afford them and yes there are times when their kids are not following the rules. Just like when their son was announcing they were expecting Jim kept telling the one little girl to sit quiet and keep her dress down.
My DH wants another and I told him we dont have to keep up with the natioal average since Michelle is doing it for us!! Wishing them nothing but the best.
