But it'll probably be more like mid-June since I'm having a repeat C-Section.

And so far so good! No nausea, just a little tired, but we were away for the weekend, so that must be why!!!

Kim how did you tell DH you are pregnant?

I didn't have time to get all creative...
So since I'm always the first one in the bathroom in the morning I took the test, waited for the result, and when I saw both lines, I left it on the top of the toilet tank for him to discover. Then he went, and he came out saying "What does this mean?"... and I just said "It's your early B-day present!" since his b-day is in June also... He was very excited!!!

So nothing fancy, but it was fun!!!

Congratulations girls! I'm due June 6th. How much fun (and nerve-wracking) will the next 7 months be??!!

Congratulations ladies!! I just made dh dinner and took it to him at work and let the kids give him the test and he didnt think it was real lol...

Juts popping in to see how you ladies are doing!!!! How is the pregnancy going????

So far so good...
Everything is off and on as far as fatigue and nausea, so I just have to wait it out, and then I'm okay for the next little while! I can deal with that!

We're going to tell our parents at Anne's b-day party this weekend. Maybe it'll make it a little more real! One of her gifts is a big sister book, so maybe everyone will catch on!

Things not so good this way. I have been sick it is horrid! With Payton I only go sick in the evenings, now I am sick all day and it is getting really hard to deal with at work. I go for my first appoitment today in 2 hours so I am hoping that I will get something to help me keep food down.

What did they say at your appointment? Did they give you anything to help?

Sorry, BlueSparkle. I hope you start feeling better soon. I hate to come on here right after your post of feeling horrible.

I'm actually feeling pretty good. I have a tiny bit of nausea but always feel better after eating. I wasn't prepared for the hormones though. One minute I'm fine, the next I could cry at the drop of a hat. And the weight gain...5lbs in 2 months. I'm going to have a tough time with the weight gain; I'm a former heavyweight.

I had an initial meeting with a nurse on Monday and given my history of being on the pill for 15 years and not quite sure when I conceived, they wanted to do a vaginal ultrasound. Being a first timer it was pretty cool to see the heartbeat (152 BPM) and to actually know a tiny somebody is growing inside of me. Crazy!!! I even got a little picture. Now I can't wait until my 12 week exam. Speaking of which, I opted to have all the tests done, to make sure this baby is normal and doesn't have spina bifida, etc. Anybody else gone through these tests? What can I expect that to be like?

Oh Lisa what did the Dr. say and I am so sorry you are feeling so awful!! I hope he was able to give you something!!!
