I will be 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I have been having pain in the lower left abdomen area. This is my first child and do not know what to expect. I am so scared of miscarrying. How long do I have to go before I should not feel so worried?

Its gonna last until your baby is in your arms! Then you will have a whole nother set of worries. Don't worry your entire pregnancy though because its normally all ok! Just relax and enjoy it!
