How early can you test after ovulation? I am getting a pregnancy test that measures as low as 25mIU/ml.

I know how impatient you feel!!! Been there, done that LMAO !!!

It's best to wait until AT LEAST 10 days after ovulation, even with a very sensitive test. And even then you could still get a false negative. I'd suggest to rather wait until you've missed your period. Even though the wait feels ABSOLUTELY ENDLESS!!!

That's what all the ladies told me when I asked that exact same question a few months back.

And like I said, I know how you feel!! notfair Good luck with the wait!! Baby Dust

It is best to wait. For me it was always easier seeing AF than another negative on a hpt. Plus if it's negative, you'll wonder if it may have been too early etc.

You really need to look at your cycle length in order to know that. You count that from the first day of your last period until the day before you started this time (that's the number of your cycle days). Generally you have 2 weeks after you ovulate. Some people have more, some less.

If you were having a normal 28 day cycle you are 2 days past that. However if your cycle is not right it could be up to 44 days only you would know that. If its normal you might test today as you would be 2 days late on a 28 day. I concieved Ty on the 4th of July 2008. The only reason I knew I was PG was because on the 21st of July I had blood work done to prepare for a D&C since my HCG levels never went down after the MC.

If you O'd on the 14-15th of July, I would wait until 26 or 27th to test. That would be like 12-13 days.

I agree with everyone. I would definatly wait until AF becomes a no show. I waited about a week after it was late even though it is so hard to do. Cause sometimes the test won't pick it up right away. you have to give your body a chance to produce enough of that hormone so that the tests picks it up.
