Well, I'm definitely new at the tracking...really been only doing it a few months. But I've discovered that I have a longer cycle-32 days, and I seem to ovulate later in the cycle. Last month I ovulated on CD 21. Today for me is CD 20. Yesterday I got the egg-white CM and today as well. Took another OPK this afternoon, and was negative again. I started doing the OPKs on CD 16 this month. I suppose it's possible I ovulate earlier than CD 16, but my temperature still hasn't spiked either. In fact, this morning it dipped down. Sometimes I think I'm just tracking too many things and I need to simplify. But the other part of me wants to stay to be as informed as possible. Hmmm...well, we'll just see I guess. Thanks for the advice!!

I have been tracking with FF and using OPK as well. I have been doing it for 3 months now. I found out I O later than the 14 day too. The first month was CD20, last month was CD16. I had the EWCM for a few days before I O'd. The FF says that whenever you have EWCM, to go ahead and BD. Remember sperm can live for up to 7 days. Sometimes longer (trust me, Baylee got formed from BD 9 days before O). Also remember that with FF like Telli said, the first cycle they go off a normal 28 day cycle. It needs at least 1-2 cycles to give you a better estimate of your pattern. I also have used a couple different kids. Last month I used the test strips that came in a package of 20. Then this month I am using the generic Walgreens ones. So far I have a negative. I am on CD16, so I should be getting my OPK+ soon. I now start on CD12 with mine since I O later than normal. Good luck!
