Just wanted to say Congrats one more Time I'm just Sooooooooo Thrilled for you......I dunno if I missed something or not but I didn't even know you guys were Officially Trying Right Now.......or Ah maybe I did I dunno I can't remember right now I got so much stuff going on right now......But anyway to the Point of this post.....

I know its Really Early and you Guys Litterally Just found out within the past few weeks but I was wondering if you guys had any Ideas on Names Yet?

Yeah Yeah Yeah I know I'm jumping the Gun and if you guys are anything Like Myranda you'll be changing your mind oh at least a Dozen times B4 May gets here..........But I'm Always So Curious about what People will name their Babies? Well I guess I will stop rambelling on for now Sorry about that. :-)

Thanks girl!! We weren't really trying, it's really a bad time with me going to school full time and trying to graduate so when one of us wanted to try for a baby the other wouldn't agree it was teh right time and vice versa and then one night we both happened to give in and ta-dah! I think we were both a little too sad about our baby turning 2 lol. But that said we are both very happy, i pretty much KNEW it and wasn't too shocked when i took the test and he knew something was up with me, i was ready to murder him and was just not myself lol. If it's a girl i'm kinda thinking i'm done, i really want a 3rd but just don't know if we will try for a third since he has 2 with his ex, if it's a boy i think we'll try for a third b/c i really really want a girl.

The day after we found out, i went out to my shed and got out my baby names book and started looking through, a million names and he didn't find any he liked lol but we discussed some for a few nights but dh has been in the hospital and in and out of the ER for kidney stones this past week so things have been awful awful, i love Katelyn if it's a girl and pretty sure i'll get my way since he likes it too, we can't decide on a middle name for that though and boy names it's just going to be boy #2 b/c we CAN NOT agree on a name for a boy, literally we have 100 girl names we both like but boy names NIcholas was the only one we could agree on and we used Eugene b/c it was his uncle's name who passed away that raised him part of his life. His number 1 boy name is Hollis after his grandfather i say no way in heck am I naming him Hollis, so I have no idea what we will do if it's a boy lol. We picked out Nicholas' name within a week after we found out he was a boy and we never changed, so we will probably wait until we know what it is to decide for sure.

He is going to have to go away and do some work then hopefully right after Christmas he can come home and work for his Dad to where he will have a constant local job, but he will be making a ton less so we have to pay off some of our bills before we can afford for him to work locally b/c there is just no money in this area, and it's breaking my heart already but i'm in school so we can't go with him, but he isn't going to go too far off so Nicholas and I will go visit and it's only temporary then we can all be together AT HOME

First things First Let me say Oops I forgot about all the Medical Issues that your DH is Having if I would have thought about it and Remembered I would have put this Post off for a while till I knew He was Feeling Better...I'm Sorry......I Really Hope he is Feeling better Really Soon........Do you have any updates on him yet...(IE) being do you know if he's going to need the Surgery or not I hope they will Pass on there own



Oh and I Love Katelyn thats a Really Cute Girl Name.....Good Luck on Trying to find a Boy name that you can both agree on.......And as For the 3D UltraSound I say save up for it and Definately do it.......It was Sooooooo Cool Seeing Gianna Like that it was like OMG thats what she is going to look Like.....I Really Can't wait to go back next week..........I Praying that she will be more Cooperative and we can get some more Really Cute Shots of her.....The Lady said that Gianna was the Second Hardest scan that she has Even done and she Refuses to have a Second nemesis So I think she is Determined to get some "Acording to Her" Some Cute Pictures of Gianna..........So here's hoping that Thursday Goes Well for us and I'll have some Great Pictures to share with you guys

Don't worry about that at all, he's in bed right now, he's been up and moving and hurting, he is pretty sure it is moving, they gave him flomax to help with the swelling and it seems to be doing some good, for $160 it better! We went to the ER Friday and they gave him that and Loritab then this morning he seems to be making some serious progress but i won't go into details ICK! The dr.s are pretty sure he can pass it, if he is hurting worse and just can't we have to go back to the ER, joys of no insurance, but if all goes well he has a follow up at the urology clinic in a month, But as I said i really think it's moving, he isn't hurting in the same spots and is able to get up and about a lot better now, But he is in a very crabby mood so he hasn't been much of a talker this week lol, he just bit my head off and i had to remind him that i have taken care of him non-stop for the past week, pregnant and crabby, i mean literally rushing him to the hospital in the middle of the night not leaving his side even on an hour of sleep, i told him to definitely remember all of this in May and he changed his tune.

But no don't worry you aren't bothering me, if he was that bad i wouldn't be online but there isn't that much I can do for him at the moment.

I definitely want to do the 3D this time, i didn't with Nicholas but i LOVE the pics and I had like 5-6 u/s's with Nicholas due to various reasons and of course him being breech so I got spoiled lol. The place i'm going to go does the 2D, 3D, and 4D. the 3D is $175, they include a DVD of the entire session, a CD rom of all of the pictures captured during the session and 8 printed pictures. the 4D is the same but $200. For $300 I can get a complete 2D at 18 weeks and then 4 D at 27+ plus weeks but that's a little steep. And if they can't get a good sitting they invite you back, I can't imagine how excited you'll were to see her! I love seeing the babies on the u/s it just makes it seem so much real, i can't ever see the 2d ones real well but the 3d are just amazing. I go for my first one on Friday and I am so anxious, i know the baby is just a blob right now but i'll be able to hear his/her heartbeat which is just amazing by itself.

Oh thats Great News Shelly, I'm Glad your DH is feeling atleast somewhat better....

And as for the 4D OMG it was So Flippen Cool to See Gianna Like that......Its kinda like we can now put a Face with the name.........Do ya know what I mean????

But anyway I'm tickled Pink that they Invited us Back Because the place we went to we found online and the website didn't say anything about well what if the Baby doesn't Cooperate and you don't get any pictures..........So I didn't know that.......I actually didn't even think about the Possibility of the Baby not Cooperating untill we were on our way there. So I thought to myself OMG what "IF" and lets just say my imagination Ran away with me......But my mind was put at ease pretty quickly.......Because the lady was basically hinting and beating around the bush about us coming back if things didn't go well........So Then I Pretty Much Relaxed and Enjoyed the Show.......It was on a Huge 42 Inch Plasma Screen tooo...........It was Freakin awesome.....I wish I would have done it with my own kids........So I'm Really Excited for Thursday to get here and I'm Praying that Lil Miss Princess Gianna Helps us out a bit so we can see her Beautiful Face........And not just 1 ear.

He is doing a lot better today, we are kinda wondering if it has passed or is close to passing, he has only had one pain pill today and is up and moving good, he was throwing nicholas up in the air and i was like oh no sir u can go back to diaper duty lol

I know what you are talking about, it's going to be so amazing and they come out so accurate, it just makes it so much more real!

I can't wait to hear how Thursday goes, tell her to drink caffeine, yes it's not recommended but i drank caffeine throughout my whole pregnancy just kinda slacked off but it was the only thing that wouldn't make me feel horrible and my nurse actually told me that caffeine was great right before u/s's lol,, i had to have so many with nicholas (not that i was complaining lol) but i learned quickly to wake that baby up and get it moving!!!!!!!

Caffeine Does Sound like a Good Idea......Shoot I had a Monster Energy Drink in my car at the Time we were at the 4D U/S the other Day I told Myranda Hey I'll go get that for you and you can take a Sip or 2 of that......That should Get her Going and Everyone Just Chuckled.....But Seriously I wouldn't let her Drink a Monster While Preggo but A glass of Soda may do the Trick......

WIth Nicholas we had the one at 7 weeks just to check the baby and due date and all, but the one after that he was super still, wouldn't move a lot but was in a great position for great pics and the nurse told me then that a tip for future reference was caffeine, they told me to drink plenty of water to be well hydrated and have a full bladder but she caffeine was good to get the baby moving. lol But yes I would definately try it, i started hating dr. pepper while i was early pg. with nicholas and could only drink sunny delight and coca cola lol, i told the dr. and he was like well it isn't super healthy but it's not that bad either lol

Yeah Myranda LOVES Sunny D.........that and Calcium fortified OJ.............OMG She Breaking my pocket with the Flippin OJ.....Its Soooo Expensive...........Something like 6 dollars for a gallon.....All she'll Drink is OJ, Sunny D, Apple Juice, and Water...oh yeah Milk sometimes tooo......

See i can't stand milk, i only drink it flavored or in cereal and i tried the other night and it was ICK! I like Sunny D, not regular OJ and cokes and dasani bottled water some but not much lol, i'm super picky and it's a ton worse with me being pg lol

Ahhhh and let me add now i'm dieing for sunny d and nicholas stole the last of it today lol

What stuff has Myranda really craved??? I'm dieing for chili dogs too but we are so far away from any stores and i'm going nuts!!!

Beleave it or Not up untill a Few Weeks ago She HAD to have Watermelon and Cantalope......EVERY day and Ummmmmm I'm trying to think She went through an OJ faze where she'd drink close to a gallon a day.....Apple Juice............Food Wise I really Can't think of anything Else right now............I'll have to ask her tomorrow.......Oh Yeah......Ellios Pizza was a big one for a while..........I don't think she is Liking Chicken these days........Every time I make Chicken she's Like oh God not Chicken again.....And Mashed Potatoes are Big for her Right now tooo......Sorry if this post seems unorganized or sort of Rambelling on,....I'm just trying to think of stuff as I'm typing...........

She actually stayed home from school today 10/19 cause she overslept a bit and didn't want to go in so I let her Stay home....

She's also going in late to school in the morning because she needs to go for her Gestational Diabetes test in the Morning.....Poor baby has no Idea what she's in for (having to drink that Icky stuff I mean)

Lol I wouldn't say the orange stuff was yummy but i was scared to death to take it cuz i heard how horrible it was and mine tasted tasteless, like water lol so i was okay with that, i was afraid i wouldn't be able to drink it after all the horror stories lol.

Food is my pregnancy weakness but I've done good so far i haven't been giving in, i've been craving chili dogs since Friday but been too lazy to go to the grocery store to get them, i LOVE Popeye's Spicy chicken strips with mashed potatoes, i'm a chicken fan, i love chicken when i won't eat anything else i'll eat chicken, and i'm dieing for some mexican food i think if dh is off friday for my u/s we are going there for lunch if not we are going soon but that place is 70 miles away, it sucks cuz i get these cravings and it's too far to drive to get them lol.

Well She went for her test today......She had a Fruit Flavored Drink......It was Red like Kool-Aid...She Actually did really well with it and Had no problem getting it down, So that was good.

Now Tomorrow she has to go to a Perinatologist for a special Level 2 UltraSound ordered by her Doctor. First they told us that the reason for the special scan was because when she had her Regular 20 week Scan they Could NOT see all of the baby's Anatomy.........So I was sort of concerned and I talked to the Nurse and she said that there was Nothing to worry about that everything was Fine.........So Stupid me I come home and what Do I do............ A freaking Google search on level two UltraSounds and what I found was somewhat freightening (Yeah Great Idea Right :-( no not really) So anyway the Doctor gives us a list of Perinatologists in the area and of course there was only 1 that takes our insurance. So ok fine I call the Doc to try and set up Myranda's Appointment cause she's in School all day so I just wanted to get the appointment set.....Of Course the way they have there system set up you call the number and its Automatically an answering machine type thing that you get and it says if you would like to make an appointment please leave a message with your reason for the Appointment and your name and Number and you will receive a return call on the SAME Day.........Sounds Easy enough Right.......So I leave a message I need to make an appointment for MY Daughter because of.....Blah Blah Blah.....and I wait for the "Same Day" call back well I think we waited two days and heard nothing....So I call back again and leave my detailed message Please call back Blah Blah Blah......Ok so I finally get a call back and of course its during the late morning early afternoon hours When Myranda is at School.........So I explain to the lady who I am who my daighter is and what the situation is.....after all that she says Oh so your not the Patient and I say no My daughter is.....So the lady says very politely that oh I'm sorry I can't set the appointment up with you I Need to talk to the Patient...........And of Course I wasn't really thinking Clearly.....About the conversation that is Because I was Driving and trying to pay attention to the Road.....So I say oh ok Then I'll have to have my Daughter call back and the lady says ok thank you, and hangs up..........So after I get off the phone and finally get to where I was Driving to I started to think like oh **** I should have said well wait a minute Myranda is only 15 and I Need to set the appointment for her....So I try to call the lady back Right on the number that she called me from............and Guess what....of Course it was an answering machine..... So I come home from where I was and When Myranda got home form School I told her the story. So She Called and left a message.......They call back I think that day or the next afternoon and Myranda Picked up the phone to answer it and when she said Hello no one responded then the call got dropped......Wonderful.......So I call back the next day and wait and wait for a call back......didn't get one So I called preety much Every other day for the next 3 weeks and Never got a call back,.......Now by this time it was time for Myranda to have another OB appointment....now mind you She was supposed to have had the Level 2 by now So she goes to her OB appointment and the Doc asked us if we had the level 2 done yet so I tell him no not yet and he said well we need to make the appointment ASAP, and he also says Yeah the Reason why she needs the Level 2 is because the baby has a dilated Kidney............Hmmmm so ok which is it...They couldn't see all of the Anatomy or the Kidney was not right.....We still Don't know because Neither I nor Myranda Liked that Doctor we just got a bad vibe From him......he wasn't very friendly.....So we didn't bother to ask him and Questions (There are 4 Doctors in the Practice) All the Rest so far were Really Great. So then we walk out of the Exam Room and tell the nurse about all the trouble we went thru to try and get an appointment so I said to her Can you Please call the Perinatologist and set up the appointment for us and just let us know when it is and We will Be there....So she says she will see what she can do......Then Next morning we Magically get a Call from the Perinatologist's office........Ok Great so I start to set up the Appointment for Myranda and She tells me ok
Oct. 21st * 10 am So then she needs Myranda's SS# Because it was a hospital that she's going to for the Doctor.......So I say ok hold on a Sec I'll get it.......Of Course you know what Happened Next..........Yup I Quickly rumble throu some stuff where I NORMALLY keep all of that stuff......and its NOT there so I get back on the phone and I say oh I'm sorry I can't find it Right now, Can we just bring it when we come on the 21st So She says NO I need it now....Then says well I'll have to cancell this appointment and you can reschedule when you find it....So I say ok thank you meanwhile I'm thinking oh NO here we go again, So I hang up and Wouldn't you know the Next spot I check about 30 seconds after we hang up the phone I Find it So I hurried and Called the number right back and Thank Goodness She Answered the Phone....... So needless to say She has the Appointment Tomorrow......I'm Still Praying that Everything goes Well.

Oh my what a run around!!!! That is crazy, don't worry too much they did a level 2 u/s on me checking for that cleft pallette b/c my brother had a baby who had it, and all was great!!!

Thanks Shelly, I'm Really Really Trying to not Worry..........I just Wish January would get here already so She can be born then I won't have all these things to worry about......

So you Say you had a Level 2......Can you tell me what they look like???? Are they Like the Regular 2D's or will it be something like the 3/4D ones where you can really see the face and stuff???

Mine was just the same, it's an anatomy scan and they call it a level 2 u/s, mine was cuz of the cleft stuff though, but it was just like the 2D

Hey Shelly....Well we went to the perinatologist today and I Couldn't be more Pleased at the way things Turned Out......Well turns out that we went there for an Anatomy Scan and also for the perinatologist to check on Gianna's Kidneys because Myranda's doctor said that they were Dilated.......Well after the Scan the Doctor said that Gianna's Kidneys were just ever Soooo SLIGHTLY Dilated and that there is no reason for concern right now......The way he explained it to us was he put her kidneys on a Scale from 1 to 10......He said that anything from 1 to 4 was Perfectly Normal.......and anything 5 thru 10 would determine How far dilated they were. He also said that there was nothing that could be done now and would have to wait untill she was born. At that time they will scan her kidneys and see whats up from there......He said if it goes up to anywhere between an 8 and a 10 then she would need Surgery to correct it. Right now she is at a 5 and if she continues to stay at a 5 and it doesn't get any worse they won't do anything.........Myranda has to go back to him again in 4 weeks but for right now things are Fine.........He said that Gianna weighed about 2 & 1/2 pounds right now and that's at about the 30th percentile....and all that means is that she may be on the Smaller size. Said thats perfectly normal......Myranda is only 5 ft tall so it would be normal for her to have a smaller baby. Oh He also Said that all of her other organs.........Her Heart, Brain, lungs, and everything Else were Perfectly Normal......So as I said our Appointment today went Great and I am Very Pleased at the Outcome

I'm so glad it went well!! I told you everything was fine!!! She is going to be a little thing, nicholas was big and continues to be in the top percentiles, lowest he ever has been is 75% and that was in weight when he was sick and couldn't eat for like 2 1/2 weeks lol, i wouldn't mind having a small but healthy baby lol. I can't wait to hear how things go in 4 weeks and just look at the bright side you'll get to see her alot!

Thanks Shelly.....I sure did have a big Sigh of releif when he was talking to us..........and Yes she is going to be a Tiny little thing like my Nicholas was.......He was only 5 pounds 1 ounce and born full term and Very Healthy..........My Nicholas has Never been a BIG anything unless you consider his attitude sometimes.......

Now on to Bigger and better Things....Myranda's second 4D Ultrasound Tomorrow.........I'm hoping our Little Princess to Be will not be so modest tomorrow.......

Nicholas was 8 lbs 7 1/2 oz when he was born, he had to go back 5 days after that to check to make sure his touch of jaundice went away and he had gained back all he lost and put on a few extra ounces lol, when we went this last time he was 32 lbs and i don't remember how tall but in great percentages for both, he is such a big boy and it makes me cry, while we were in Mn. i had a dr. pop off about his weight cuz they said he was awfully big for his age, they hadn't measured his height and at that time he was 85th for weight and 90th for height and i told him that if he saw his daddy he would understand, my dad is tall and i'm tall and bubba is tall and big, he kinda popped off still and upset me but all the other dr's we've seen in our travels and his main ped. and our new main ped. say he is perfectly healthy and not overbig he just is a big boy. That dr was crazy and made me mad cuz he was like waht all you do feed him and stuff blah lol

I can't wait to hear about the u/s, pump her with caffeine and tell that baby she better cooperate!!!! I always poked and played with nicholas all the way to the hospital for my u/s's lol i'm a mean mommy
