So I am new to doing digi scrapbooking,In fact I just got my first scrap kit a few minutes ago...Well,I have a super dumb question...How or where do you use the kits? In paint or ????

i use paint shop pro but there are also many other things you can use...GIMP is a free program you can use or there are the various photoshops
