All is well, baby's hb is doing great (155bpm) the only thing is, they said I gained ..... drum roll...... 10 LBS within the month!

Over all I have gained 20lbs already and I know I got 3 more months to go Now my dr gave me a diet plan, which is (acdg to her) is simple to follow. Well hopefully, I can stick with it, specially I feel so hungry all the time! (tee-hee)...

Oh you know what at about 6 months, thats when I gained 10 pounds in one month and then 6 every month until month 8 then I slowed down to just 2 last month and only 2 this month so maybe it will slow down, don't get discouraged though if the diet plan doesn't work, sometimes your body needs that weight! Yay on a good appointment.

Glad your appt. went well. I would worry about the weight thing too. You can always lose it afterwards.

Glad it went well. So much pressure on maintaining proper weight it seems like. I wouldn't worry about it either.

What kind of diet is it? High protein/low carb?
