What do you think you will want to be Called by your Grand Babies?......

I have been thinking about this for the past three months and I can't Deside what I want Baby Gianna to call me....Once she starts to talk of course

I was wondering if Maybe you Guys had a Few Ideas then if I still Can't decide from there I will put up a Poll and let you Guys Decide for me

Any and All Ideas will be Greatly Appreciated So Please Put on your Thinking Caps on and Help me..........Thanks Guys

I refuse to think about it lol, nicholas calls my mom maw-maw, my dads wife tries to get him to call her maw-maw jeanette, my dad is paw-paw and i refer to dh's dad as grandpa but he doesn't really call him anything as of right now.

Never really thought about it. My parents are Nana and PapPaw. My in laws want to be Grandpa and Grammy...But Ainsley calls them PawPaw and Nammy. I think Nammy is cute.

Other cute grandparent names in my families (aunts and uncles) and others I've heard are:

Poppy
GiGi
Pappy (my aunt's grandmother name...I think its cute for a woman)
Nanny

Thanks Melissa I Really like Nammy thats Cute but I don't think I can use it because my kids, neice, and nephews call my mom Nama.....and Nammy is tooo Simalar I Think :-(

Zachary calls my mom Nana and my dad is suppose to be pawpaw but since zachary doesn't have a dad is his life he calls my dad dada dad. but his great grandpa he tries to call him grandpa

I love nana. I think I want to be a nana. lol

I always just called my grandparents on my mom's side grandma and grandpa and my dad's side grandmommy and grandaddy.

My girls call my mom grandma and call my dad Abu (Ariel started that and it just stuck). Jesse's mom is Nanny.

Yeah my Nephew Started Calling my mom Nama instead of Grandma when he was a Baby....and it just Stuck...He's 19 now

My cousin called my grandma GaGa and my co-workers grankids call their grandfather Goggy with a hard G...not sure why but it stuck. My kids call my friends who are like grandparents MeeMa and my son called my parents Bompa and Granna when he was littler...they are just Grandma and Grandpa now.

I think I would like GiGi. Troy has a lot of grandma's (4)

One is GiGi, my mom
Then Nana, My stepmom
Then Buela, Alex's mom
And Alex's stepmom we just call grandma Maria

I think though That GRAMMY would be a good name for you!

Lauren he's not my Son He's my 19 yr old Nephew And yes he Still Calls her Nama......All of her Grand Kids Do......Its either Nama.....or just Namm Sometimes

My kids call there grandma Nanny

My kids call my parents Mimmi and Pappaw, and Eric's parents are grandma and grandpa. My mom wanted to be called Mammaw because thats what we called her mom when she was still alive so thats what we started calling her to austin but when he stated talking he didnt say mammaw it was mimmaw and then after time it just went to mimmi. My sister tried to switch it to mammaw with her boys when they were born and my mom nixed it quickly saying she isnt mammaw she is mimmi lol. I love mimmi because it doesnt sound "old" kwim? we have friends in florida that go by 0-ma and O-pa.

I dont want to think about it yet, but Charlie used to call my mom Mema, brads mom Nena, and my stop mom Grandma.. How he calls my mom and step mom Grandma, and my MIL Nena. To distinguish between the 2 Grandma it is new and old Grandma...

Only because he was at my dads wedding when he married my step mom hence the NEW part.

Lily was our guinny pig. We called them Grandma & Grandpa and just waited to see what she got out of it. I met her step dad when she was 2, so as far as his parents, we just let her call them whatever she felt comfortable. It's amazing what kids do! So we have:

Grandma
Papa (For all granddads)
GG (great grandma)
Nana (other great grandma)
Big Daddy Jim (for her step dad's father)
Grandma (for her step dad's moms)

So because of this my son will call them the same when he starts talking...he calls my husbands dad "Daddy" because Lily calls him big daddy jim . So we'll just do the same for Elizabeth when she makes her entrance. You just say it over and over and they will pick up what they can.

My kids call my mom/her DH Nana and Pop. She wanted to be called "Gamma" but Tay just called her Nana.

My dad/his DW they call Papa and Lolly. He wanted to be called "Grumpa" cuz he was a grump! lol But Tay changed it too.

My grandparents on my dad side are Grandma/Grandpa, and mom side are Grammy and Papo. Great grands were Nana and Papa/ Papa john and nanny. They died in the last few years though.

I don't know what I will be called. I figure even when WE pick something, the kids will kinda pretty much choose their own thing. lol So I will just go with the flow between my kids and grands when they arrive.

Sicne shes gonna be in your house and everyone calls you MOMMY(MomEE) ? What about MomEE' Pronounced MomAy . That may not be spelled right. But if from the get go you are refered to her as *** thast most of the time what it will be.

My parents were mawmaw and pawpaw. My grand mother was Granny Ken. Last name was Kennedy.

Im Nana To all my nieces and now nephews and Ted is Paran( Need to look the spelling of that up).

Parrian its godfather in french and down well south of me is cajun french and that the term used with a major accent.lol..
