Proud Mommy of 4 I Have Too Much Spare Time ![]() |
I have been really working out every day speed walking 15-20 minutes a day, crunches, planks, hip curls, arm weights... And so far I have LOST 5 POUNDS!!!!!!! I am freaking STOKED! I am hoping to only gain a small amount this time around. I would LOVE to stay under 15lb total.
I will be keeping up my routine and eating habits and hope I can keep it up! |
