I have insomnia and have been taking (diphenhydramine)somthing to help me sleep for years.Well jeff ordered this herbal stuff online...it had valarian,root,melentonin,and somthing else,and I was worried It wouldnt work but I didnt sleep bad and woke up feeling pretty good,not droggy like I usually do.Lets hope it keeps working!

melatonin is one of the first things we tell patients with insomnia to try for sleep. It works for a lot of people. I hope the stuff keeps working for you!

    First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths.
