Dh and I decided that we are going to give Hydroxy Cut at try. So far we have been using them since Wed. I have already lost 4 1/2 pounds, and I have not been good at all. We went out to eat one night, had a luncheon at school yesterday, I have only worked out once in that time - but I have not been snacking at all. Today is the first day of two pills 3 times a day - up from one pill three times a day. Hopefully this will kick start us to get the pounds coming off. I will keep you posted as to how this works for us.
BTW I HATE taking pills - so swallowing is not easy for me. |

Let me know if it helps I might give it a try since I'm already dieting and exercising...
First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer |

hmmm I might have to go get those to help me jumpstart some too. I know diet pills arent the answer but I do think sometimes they can jumpstart better habits. I want to drop some weight before our vacation since I might be seeing some girls from on here and I dont wanna look gross like I do now.

Dh and I are planning on using them for 8 weeks. We weren't gaining weight just maintaining more than we wanted. We are each hoping to lose 30-40 pounds which is possible with 5 pounds a week. He wants to lose the weight for a big hunt he is planning on going on this fall. It is high in the mountains 10,000 ft so the elevation will be hard to handle if he is carrying extra weight.

The only difference that I saw available were the regular and the caffiene free. Caffiene free was out the day I bought them, but if they kept me up at night I would have switched but they don't have any side effects for us at all other than not being hungry

OK question. Are they safe? Does it contain ephedra???
I might try it after I have the baby but just want to know how safe it is. |

It seems pretty safe to me. No ephedrine. Mostly roots and extracts. What I think it does is expand in your belly to make you feel full. That is why you take it 30-60 min before each meal. I got off of it for a few days when we went out of town. We didn't know when we were going to eat and I didn't always have it with me.
