I LOVE MY GIRLS Grand Master Fiend  |
I had my body fat and measurements and weight done again for month
and went from 26% to 24.6 since last month and I weighed 123.6 and lost 1 inch around belly I am almost there. My ultimate goal is to weigh 120 and be at 20% body fat. the goal I am setting is to be that by the end of the summer. since I have been steadily losing 1.4 percent since march      |

wow that is awesome Lisa! I really wish I could go to a gym and have a trainer to help me out. I just feel so lost on what to do really and when I do things I am afraid I am doing them wrong. blah, I am slowly losing weight again but I need to tone things in a MAJOR way!

Thats awesome!Can you share what you are doing?I mean besides working out.What kind of stuff do you eat?I still haveing trouble even though I work out.

    First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths.
