30 lbs gone!!!
 I cant belive how quickly it came off but I can tell it's slowing down. Only 9 more lbs to go to be at my pre-pregnancy with Carson and then **gulp** I have another 25 lbs to lose to be at my pre-preg with Jayden! Hopefully I can do it.Rob just saw his diabetic dietician so I am going to follow his plan which is 45-60 carbs per meal (3-4 meals/day) and no more than 15 carbs per snack(1-2/day). It is pretty easy to do and she gave us 2 books to use that give us all the nutritian facts...including all the fast food places which will help him when he is on the road. |

Dang that was fast!Im still trying to get down to my pre pregnancy weight from wesley,I have about 7 to go,but then want to get down to what I was before kids!

Great job, thats one thing I am looking forward to, losing all this weight from both I was so close to my pre pregnancy weight with Troy when I found out I was preggers again. Enjoy working those last few off!

Woohooo awesome!!!
    First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way.
