I know A was on spark people at one point but I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a BOL group if I start one? It's free, and you pretty much follow whatever plan you are already doing, it's just more motivation.

I would I need to get back on track!! I had gained 4 pounds back but I'm back down to just gaining two back..
    First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. I haven't been on SP for almost a year, well I have been on but haven't actively used it for almost a year. I would join the BOL sparkteam but I still probably won't use it too much. Just make sure when you create it to create it as a private group if you want to keep it BOL girls only then send out invites to join the group. If you leave it open then anyone and everyone can join and read everything.

Okay, I got it all set up. The website is www.sparkpeople.com. It's an awesome site, it'll give you your daily calorie amounts based on your goal and can help you track your calories burned. You can use their meal plans if you want to. Once you set up an account, send me your username and I will send you an invite to the group. I made it private like A suggested so we don't have to worry about others trying to join or seeing what we post.
We're supposed to have a group goal that we change every few weeks.. I was thinking we could probably do a 10% goal like they do in WW where you aim to lose 10% of your goal and give it 6 weeks since we'll have varying amounts. Any other ideas?? |
