It's that time of the month, and I can't seem to stop eating!
How do you ladies curve your cravings/appetite when AF comes to town? I have been drinking a ton of water, but I find myself constantly picking the past few days. |

Awww you'll get past it, i've been eating too much cuz i'm stressed and depressed from dealing with dh's family on a daily basis again so i've been a major slacker, but i'm gonna get out of it, when it's that time of month i crave chocolate and i usually give in and get a small amount and that cures it, maybe just eat a small piece of whatever you're craving then let it go, i hope it passes quickly for you!!!!

I don't have AF anymore...but I seem to still get cravings..i guess cause I ovulate....I think yesterday was my day! lol I usually pick too...so i try to do things like pickles, pretzels, or things that are low in cals!
First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer |
