I was up .2 this week; ugh but considering all that wasn't too bad. We were on our trip to Florida so I guess it could have been a lot worse! Total lost is 13.8

I was down 1.8 this week so my total is 15.6

I have been bouncing on and off the wagon I've been doing good for the past week and a half though and I'm down between 7 and 8 pounds. I haven't been working out really just being a lot more active and climbing stairs at school and such so this week i intend to start working out again

Down to 173.6 as of this morning, so it is going back down nicely.

dang,I am still at 135 didnt lose anymore this week.Jeff has been doing a side job and we havnt went to the gym much either.

Well before I had my daughter in 2005 * before I got pregnant I mean ... I was 120 back when I was 17 ... I'd love to get back down to that .. but I don't foresee that ever happening ... the day I had my daughter I was 177 ... I got back down to 133 right before I got pregnant with my son back in November of 2007, the day I had my son I was 186, I have been struggling losing weight for a bit, now I am finally 155, and hoping that I can at least get to 130 if not then I will be happy with 140 and a size 9 .. but I'd love to get back into my size 7's I have some pants that I loved to wear and dread to give away lols. But if I have to then it was all worth it. But I am going to try my hardest to get close to 130 and a size 7 ... lol b/c I really love those pants lols. And if not then at least I can say I tried my best ;-).

Great job everyone! I was up .4 this past week. Not too bad considering, I guess! I'm on it hard this week though!

I am down another 6 pound for a total of 71 pounds to loose, 2 pounds away from my goal for when I leave.

I am down another 2 pounds making it 32 lbs gone so far. I am so proud of myself for sticking to not eating anything fried and the best part is I dont miss it. I dont deprive myself anything otherwise I will fail but I just limit and really watch my portion control. I can tell my stomach is getting smaller because I am full much quicker...wahoo.

I hope I can lose another 10 before I go back to work in Sept!!

Okay, so I have been trying my hardest to keep focused, and I weighed this morning - 160.2!! So, I have now lost 10 pds! 25 pds to go to reach 135!!

I was so good this week; I wrote down everything I ate, and portioned everything out....my big payoff

I lost 4 pounds!! Woohoo, I was so excited! I'm down 19.4 total!

Down another 6 pounds, making for a total of 77 pounds, so I met and passed my goal for when I leave!

Im 178. Cant believe I let myself gain 15 lbs since the wedding. But im back on t he wagon again. Ive been doing somewhat the sacred heart diet but some of south beach too. Ive eaten way more veggies and fruit thanks to the sh diet . I havent had a carbonated drink since SUnday and no tea really either. Plus add bronchitus on top and im doing good..lol..

I forgot to write on here, but I lost last week when I weighed in and my new total is down to 20.4 pounds!

I only lost 1 pound I was hoping to have lost more, but I'll take any loss. At least I didn't gain any on my trip!
