First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer

Yeah same here, the 5 pound rule is one I went by for so long. then I started snacking at night time and that 5 pounds expanded to 10. LOL Not good. Today I was down to 176 so at least it is moving back down now that I have cut the night snacks out.

Yeah I don't worry about the 5, but when I get over the 5 I buckle down too! I just try to make sure it doesn't get out of hand anymore....lol

When my Dr. told me that this morning it blew me away! I am 19 pounds away from my next goal, my Dr. thinks I can hit it by the time I leave for Europe, here's to hopping!
im up betwen 5 and 7 since the wedding. If im not preggo next week im gonna bribe Ted to pay for me to go back to the dr. The harder i try on my own the worse it gets . The meds just really tak ethe urge to snack away for me and that alone works. My mom did the yoyo thing and now im doing it. I may end up being one that has to be on the meds and off for a short period and back on them etc.
