Anna I had a hard week this week too, with going out of town. I think I gained at least a pound. I am too scared to step on the scale right now. Tonight is a better dinner so I will weigh in the morning.
Add me to the hard week list....though thankfully I'm holding steady at 180.... I haven't worked out even once this week!
Ladies you all are doing AWESOME!!!!! Let's keep it up!!!
First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer

I finally stepped up to the scale after last weekend's get away. I am only up one pound so not too bad. I was up more all week long so I have actually lost a pound too. Sitting here at 167 now.
I'm still holding steady but have had NO time to exercise and with the food i've been eating being back in la. i'm thankful lol, i hope to get on a regular schedule later this week
I weighed myself last night at my normal time and i'm down 2 lbs, i think that means i've been doing WAY too much trying to get my house organized but i'll take it!

Everyone is doing so awesome!! I am down 2 lbs from last week. I cut out all soda so I have only been drinking water and hot tea and replaced all the white starches with whole grain. I haven't been able to work out much so we'll see how next week goes.
Adriana I've cut out my soda too, though i do have about 1 a week....but I use to have like 2-3 a day.....so I treat myself...
And Mary you are kicking my butt!!!!!!!! Ahhhhh you beat me to 179...
Maybe tomorrow will be my lucky day!! One could hope! lol
