I lost 3 pounds this week - down to 166. I haven't felt well so I haven't been eating much. I am going to try limiting my intake more when I am feeling better as well since it seems to be working.
First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer

I lost 3.8 pounds since last week. Woot! Being sick does have it's benefits, now the deal is to keep it off into next week and not have it come back on now that I am not sick. LOL

Down only 0.2 pounds since last week but I am totally okay with that seeing how awful I ate last week at work when we were doing reno's. Lots and lots of greasy gross take out. So I am down to 172 pounds. 4 more pounds to hit the weight I was in July when I started back to work.
Congrats to all you ladies! you are all doing awesome!
Well with the ball and all i got stuck. But the scale says 179.3 this AM so im under 180 finally. I just really need 10 more off by the wedding or about 3 inches in my wasite!
