I've lost some since last week but not sure how much, i was down right at 2 lbs then i started bloating really bad the first of the week, it's finally coming back off so i know i've lost some just don't know exactly how much plus i had to go buy a digital scale so i should have more exact measurements for now on, but i'm going to be out of town next week and eating horribly so i am thinking this week was a waste but i've been doing really good at exercising.

Great job ladies!!!!!!! Awesome Ada!!!!     First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. so down 0.6 lbs not bad considering I drank all weekend. lol here is to 1 lb loss this coming week!!!      |
