me me me!!!! Ive done two now! I can't remember how long I actually trained for the 5k though, but I had been running for about 4 months beforehand. Im so excited as I love running 5ks! If you have never never done anything like it before, you will have a great time! There is just something wonderful about bonding with others as you work and sweat while running
