I broke down yesterday and bought some good tennis shoes. I actually didnt spend as much as I thought I would have to. They were on sale for $75 which is still more than I like to pay but I feel its important since I have had so many pains and things while trying to exercise. They are asics and the guy said they are great shoes and they have the extra support for those who over-pronate like I do. I have been wearing them constantly since I got them in hopes that if I steer away from flip flops and things with no support and keep these on maybe my feet will start feeling better. I havent exercised yet but will tomorrow and see how they feel then.

Good luck April!!!! I can totally understand not wanting to work out when your feet hurt! My problem was my knees....
    First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Great deal Lisa!!! I wish I could have went a cheaper route but I knew it wouldnt solve my problems so figured it might be best to just bite the bullet and buy the ones that were recommended to me by several people I had talked to at this store. I thought for sure I would have to spend $100 so I was happy that they were on sale and didnt cost as much as I had thought they would.
