Following A's advice when I went through my summer clothes last week nothing fit so I donated all of them and went clothes shopping this weekend. I was able to buy capri's in a size I haven't worn since 10th grade in middle school, so 7 years ago! I have lost a total of 5 pant sizes! As for shirts, I went from a 3 or 4 xl to an xl maybe a 2xl depending on the cut. I can't even put into words how excited I am!
I don't know how I forgot the biggest news of all! Last week I only lost 1/2 a pound, but my blood work came back. Diabetes runs rampant on both sides of my family and about a year ago I was borderline, but when he did bloodwork 2 weeks ago everything is completely normal! YAY!   |

That's totally awesome Danni!!!!! Don't you love it!!! I know how excited I was when I dropped 2 sizes! I actually went summer clothes shopping this weekend and was very happy!
    First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice.
