Hi everyone I am new to the forums but I am a stay at home mom.My husband works outside of the home but we also have 6 blog websites and I run two of them but still that takes all of 2 hrs out of my day if I am lucky.Kailei and I play but how much can a 2 month old do. Between naps I clean but we only have a 2 bedroom apartment and there is not much to clean. So what do some of you do to keep from going insane.I don't have any friends really and the ones I have either aren't mom's or they are out of state. Does anyone have some ideas?

Welcome to Babiesonline. I'm a SAHM too. I did work up until December. Living in Buffalo a girl can go crazy during the winter months. There are lots of things I do though. I go to our local library and they have classes there. I also joined a mommies group. There's gotta be one in Vegas. Check the Mommies Network. The weather is nice in Vegas so there's also gotta be nice parks around. My family lives out there so they were saying the weather isn't too bad. Good luck.

My suggestion would be to start a hobby like scrapbooking or jewelry making. Or join one of the book clubs at a coffee shop.

I will be a SAHM as of April 8th and I am SO excited I miss being at home with my little guy, and now with the next one coming, my house would look like a tornado went through it everyday if I stayed at work! It's funner once they get bigger and can really play!

welcome....i tend to go crazy often being home alone....with just the baby all day long....in the wwinter there is not much to do with her when it gets super cold cause i dont wanna bring her out into the cold...i like to go grocery shopping during the day....when its just me and the baby cause it gives me something to do....and i will sometimes go to my sisters house or out to my friends house...not often as she is about 30 mins away depending on traffic....

i am doing online classes, i will be going back to campus classes this summer so school keeps me pretty busy, but during my "free" time I love to cross stitch, if there was a park anywhere near me i'd love to go to a park regularly with him, but there isn't much to do around here and it sucks! So I let him play outside a lot and that helps us both
