First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer

The cake part was ALL THAT! And I am saying so myself...I just followed the recipe...and used the tips and tricks she said...James loved it!!
The icing me and James both thought was too sweet.....and the recipe is right so make sure you listen...it's not enough for 3 layers...but when I bought what I needed I didn't read the notes just the list of ingredients...so the sides didn't get all the way covered properly...so it wasn't as pretty...
Now today my friend Terri said she didn't think the icing was too sweet...so I'm not really sure....maybe it just needed to sit a while...
I will definately make the cake part again though...

I'm with Shelly, I'm not quite used to baking in this altitude, and it's doing funky stuff to my recipes. It looks awesome, though! I'll have to check out that blog!
