This was dh's other b-day treat yesterday, it turned out okay but the outside was getting too done and the inside wasn't quite ready, it tasted okay but next time i'm gonna cook it at a lower temperature for longer
Prep: 15 minutes Bake: 55 minutes Makes 8 servings Nonstick spray for baking 1 package (21 ounce) fudge supreme brownie mix, Betty Crocker 1 stick (1/2 Cup) butter, melted 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened ¼ Cup Sugar 2 Eggs 1 Can (21-ounce) cherrypie filling ½ Cup Fudge Topping 1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Spray a 9 inch springform pan with nonstick spray. 2. In a medium bowl, stir together brownie mix and melted butter until mixture comes together. Lightly press mixture into bottom and part way up the sides of the springform; set aside. 3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in cherry pie filling. Pour into prepared brownie curst. 4. Pour fudge topping into a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high setting for 20 seconds. Drop spoonfuls of the fudge topping over the cheesecake; swirl with a knife. 5. Bake in a preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until set in the center. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Remove from pan and serve at room temperature or chill before serving. This message has been edited.
