I made this yesterday for dh's B-day, i ran across it and thought it was a cute idea and they were a hit, Nicholas loves jello so they were right up his alley, i'm saving the recipe to make them again, my only suggestion would be the silicon cupcake liners, the site i got it from said to spray a little pam in the cupcake holders if you use the foil lined ones which we did and they came out fine but i had a few of the silicon liners and i tried them just to see and they worked much better. And I split the recipe to switch around the flavors, to make it more fun.
Jell-o Cupcakes 4- 3 ounce packages of Jell-O Whipped Cream Sprinkles, candies, or other decorative items Foil Cupcake Liners To make a dozen Jell-o cupcakes, add 4 - 3 ounce packages of Jell-o to 2 and 2/3 cups of boiling water. Stir until dissolved Pour into foil liners in a cupcake pan Refrigerate for at least 4 hours Frost the cupcakes with the whipped cream, add the candies or sprinkles for decoration |
