Balsamic Salmon with Green Beans Amandine
Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 18 min Makes: 4 servings, one salmon fillet and about 1 c... What You Need! 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard 1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic, divided 4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.) 1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted Make It! PREHEAT broiler. Place fish on greased rack of broiler pan. Mix 1 Tbsp. of the dressing, the mustard and 1/2 tsp. of the garlic; spread evenly over fish. BROIL fish, 4 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, place beans in medium saucepan; add enough water to completely cover beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 6 min. or until beans are crisp-tender. Drain beans in colander. ADD remaining 3 Tbsp. dressing and 1 tsp. garlic to saucepan. Cook on medium heat 1 min., stirring occasionally. Add beans; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally. Top with almonds. Serve with the salmon. |
