Combine the milk and instant pudding in the ziplock bag. Remove the air and ziplock shut. Squeeze and kneed with hands until blended fro 1 minute. Add the pumpkin and spice. Remove the air and ziplock shut. Squeeze and kneed with hands until blended for 2 minutes. Place 1 tablespoon of praham crackers in the bottom of cup. Cut corner of gallon freezer bag and squeeze pie filling into cups. Garnish with whipped cream.
I tried it today and it was really good! Be sure to add enough spices. I didn't measure so I am sure I used more than it called for. I used All Spice instead of pumpkin pie spice. It was so good that my students asked for the directions.
Heather the spices are very similar. All spice is just ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon (I think) Just makes it taste better. I bought the cheap little red shaker in the spices.
so about how many servings does it make...give or take? cuz if its just going to be me and the kids eating it i might have to cut the ingredients in half.
