* 2 1/2 cups wide egg noodles
* 12 cups chicken broth * 1 1/2 tablespoons salt * 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning * 1 cup chopped celery * 1 cup chopped onion * 1/3 cup cornstarch * 1/4 cup water * 3 cups diced, cooked chicken meat *handful of chopped carrots *chicken bouillon cube DIRECTIONS 1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and carrots, and boil for 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain, and rinse under cool running water. 2. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine broth, salt, and poultry seasoning. Bring to a boil. Stir in celery and onion. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes. 3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water together until cornstarch is completely dissolved. Gradually add to soup, stirring constantly. Stir in noodles and chicken, and heat through. For the most part I used this recipe...though i always get a rotisserie chicken from Kroger and break it apart to use ..I also don't go totally by the measurements...I throw a little garlic powder and a little more onion powder in as well...and pepper First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer |
