I made this for my sister and BIL's housewarming party and everyone RAVED over it, it was a HUGE hit! A fair warning though: this cake may just get you drunk. Giggle

pre-heat oven according to cake mix box, grease and flour baking pans

CAKE:
1 18.25 oz box devil's food cake
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup starbucks coffee liqueur (NOT the white bottle, the other one)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup hazelnut liqueur
chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, starbucks liqueur, and hazelnut liqueur. mix well, add a handful of chocolate chips. Pour into pan/s and bake according to instructions on cake box.

While the cake is baking, make the icing so it has time to sit.

ICING:
1/2 cup butter
4 cups confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup Bailey's irish cream

Cream butter, add 1/2 of the powdered sugar, blend well. Add cocoa powder and vanilla, blend well. Add Bailey's and the rest of the powdered sugar. Allow to sit in mixing bowl while the cake is baking, if the alcohol taste is too strong mix in more cocoa powder and powdered sugar (equal parts). If adding more, add by the teaspoon until the taste suits you.

Allow cake to completely cool, icing the cake, garnish with chocolate chips. The longer the cake sits, the more potent it becomes! Great to make several hours beforehand!

Oh that sounds oh so good but oh so bad for my body! lol

First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer
