Here you go...oooohhhh sooo yummy:
TEXAS STYLE STUFFED JALAPENOS 8 large jalapenos 1 pkg cream cheese 1 cup cheddar cheese dash of garlic powder dash of salt hickory smoked bacon Split jalapenos in half length wise and remove the seeds. Mix Cream Cheese and Cheddar together adding spices. Stuff peppers generously and place in baking dish. Cover peppers with generous slice of bacon. Bake at 450 till bacon is crisp. ***My recipe notes: 1. Wear gloves when removing the seeds...one jalapeno won't bother your skin, but doing a lot at once most likely will burn the ever living hell out of you...I learned the hard way2 2. I place mine on a cookie rack or some other sort of rack that gets them up off the bottom of the pan and allow the grease to go down to the pan and the jalapenos not to sit in them...makes me feel a little better about all the fat and calories. Definitely use a pan with edges...not a cookie sheet. |

Have you tried that one Wendi???? I'm a huge all recipe fan....
First of all, let me say that I do believe in true love. But I also deeply believe in the complexity, variety, and downright insanity of love. A lucky person loves hundreds of people in their lives, all in different ways, family love, friendship love, romantic love, all in so many shades and depths. I don't think you lose your ability--or right--to have true love by loving more than one person. In part, this is true because you never love two people the same way. Another part of it is that, if your lucky, you learn to love better with practice. The bottom line is that you have to choose who you are going to commit to-that's the foundation of true love, not a lack of other options. ~Stephenie Meyer |

I just did a stuffed bell pepper search. So haven't actually tried any of the recipes. All recipes rocks, I love that people can critique the recipes once they've made them.
