Seems some days I just don't have time to cook dinner. So last week I bought a bag of boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets and a bag of frozen stew veggies. We had dinner in 20 minutes.
Tonight I am making thin porkchops the same way. A little bit of spices or some gravy on top and there ya go!

Beats having pizza or sandwhiches on busy nights.

Just thought I would share because I know there are days that you may not have time to cook a good hot meal.

We get the frozen bagged chicken all the time and throw them on the BBQ. I agree - MUCH better than pizza or sandwiches!

I love to have those two things, chicken breast fillets and the thin pork, because I can cook them quickly from frozen state, LOL Comes in handy when I forget to take meat out of the freezer.

I sometimes (using my Forever Sharp knife) cube up that chicken and it takes no time to cook.
