We just made this recipe for Alisyn's microwave cooking for 4H.
ingredients 1 lb butter(do not substitute) 1 lb velveeta cheese(i know it sounds gross but its realllly NOT) 1 cup cocoa 1 T vanilla 4 lbs powdered sugar directions melt butter and velveeta in microwave until smooth(about 3 minutes on medium heat) stir in vanilla, cocoa and slowly add powdered sugar until mixed. Spread into a buttered 9x13 pan and refrigerate. |

Meghan I cant taste the cheese at all. I think since there is SOOO much of the other stuff in there it kills out the cheese taste and basically the cheese is there just to hold it all together. Oh and we found out today that her fudge got Champion!! woot for that!
