I made this once a while ago and it was delicious.....I'm thinking i'm gonna make it again for dinner tonight

Prep Time: 15 min
Total Time: 40 min
Makes: 6 servings

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
2. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.
4. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 30 to 35 minutes.

I love this recipe! I don't make it very often, but when I do, I think the three of us clean out a whole plate of it!

I made it for lunch today (without the onion and I seasoned the beef with garlic and pepper and added way more cheese.. lol). Pretty good! Of course I don't have my pickiest eater home but Clarity and Emma liked it!

When I made it last night, i used Tony's seasoning, i always season the beef, but this time I mixed extra cheese into the beef and then some on top, and it turned out a lot better than the last time we ate it, we loved it, Nicholas ate it for the first time and LOVED it.
