I was doing yard work yesterday, edging, and was using a shovel to cut through grass. Well I raised my leg to get some force down on the shovel. My foot slipped off and the shovel went against my leg from the heel to the calf. I dropped in pain! I thought I sliced my leg open. Thankfully it was just an abrasion but my leg is swollen and red and painful. I kept putting ice on it last night. I could barely walk it hurt so bad. Then waking up this morning it is turning black and blue,still swollen, and painful. It hurts even more to walk. Ouch!

You poor thing you and family need a vacation away from everything.
